Coriole First Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Coriole First Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A premium olive oil from Coriole Vineyards in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Estate grown and harvested alongside their vineyard, windery, restaurant and cellar door. First harvest of the season.

Reportedly uses the same olive trees and varieties as the standard EVOO blend produced by Coriole, so the phenolic content, peroxid value and free fatty acids will be very similar and potentially even more robust.
