Confido Coonawarra produces a limited amount of Olio Nuovo from exclusively green fruit. The oil is cold pressed and not settled or filtered so you'll want to enjoy it quickly as its got a lower shelf life than filtered oils.
Confido Coonawarra is based on the Limestone Coast of South Australia, where the oil is produced on a farm with about 1,600 olive trees.
