The oil is bright limeβgreen with gold tones, aromatic of freshly mown grass, herbs, citrus zest and marzipan; on the palate it is smooth, delivering an evolving bitterness and spiciness that culminate in a clean, balanced finish of fresh vegetables and tropical fruit.
