Blended from Arbequina, Frantoio, Manzanillo, Koroneiki and Mission olives grown on the Clif Family farm on the northeaster slope of Howell Mountain, with Pendolino, Maurino, Leccino and Frantoio from Chacewater Winery & Olive Mill in Kelseyville, this COOC-certified extra virgin olive oil offers subtle fruit flavours, hints of black pepper and mild astringency. It works well with leafy salads.
