Chapman River Robust Blend

Chapman River Robust Blend is the producer's fuller-bodied extra virgin olive oil variant, made from Frantoio or WA Mission olives grown in the rich red loam of Western Australia's Geraldton region. The olives are hand-picked and processed on site on the same day, and the oil is left to settle naturally rather than filtered. Distinct from Chapman River's Fruity oil, this robust expression is suited to dishes that benefit from a stronger olive-oil presence, including grilled vegetables, roasted meats, hearty salads, and finishing savoury dishes.
