Monovarietal EVOO produced from just Arbequina olives harvested in November. Sourced from a family owned grove situated at the base of California's Santa Lucia Mountains in the Central Coast region. Gold award winner at the 2024 California State Fair Competition and silver award recipient at the NYIOCC World Olive Oil Competition. Medium intensity oil with subtle peppery notes and balanced flavour profile. Produced using small-scale, sustainable farming practices.
