Cape Schanck Olive Estate First Harvest Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Price per litre

Cape Schanck Olive Estate produces the First Harvest Frantoio as a limited batch extra virgin olive oil. This unfiltered, unsettled oil is bottled directly from the press and retains a naturally cloudy appearance.

The Frantoio variety is cold-pressed within hours of picking, using olives grown on the family estate in Cape Schanck, Victoria. The harvest occurs over Late April - Early June, with each variety pressed on separate days during this period. Orders containing multiple varieties are shipped after the final variety is pressed.

The oil is 100% Australian, sourced from the coastal climate and sandy soils of the Mornington Peninsula.
