Capay Valley Olive French Blend

Capay Valley Olive's French Blend combines equal parts Picholine and Aglandau olives grown on their Capay Valley farm, harvested in November 2025 and milled within hours at Chacewater Winery. The aroma opens with green olive and fresh herbs, followed by darker notes that add subtle richness, while the palate shows bright green flavours softening into savoury undertones of olive leaf and walnut skin before a smooth finish with restrained peppery warmth.
