Calolea Tuscan Olive Oil

Monica and Michael Keller grow Mission, Manzanillo and Tuscan olives on 10 acres in Loma Rica, California, using organic methods and grazing cattle to sustain the orchard. The harvest is picked by hand and cold-pressed within 24 hours to produce an oil certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council at 0.13% acidity. It won gold at the 2024 California State Fair and best in class at the Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition in 2018.
