Calivirgin Olio Nuovo is pressed from estate-grown Arbequina olives harvested early in the season at the Coldani family's San Joaquin Delta ranch, where four generations have farmed. Green olives are crushed within hours of picking, yielding an oil with a golden green hue, fresh fruity aroma and a buttery palate that finishes with a distinct black pepper kick.
