Produced by the Marinič family on the southern slopes of Goriška Brda, this extra virgin olive oil blends over 30 varieties from groves at Ceglo and Šmartno (But typically Bjelica, Leccino and Crnica). It offers an intense, green-yellow oil with aromas of freshly cut grass, green cherry, olive fruit, artichoke and tomato, balanced by pronounced fruitiness, refined bitterness and a peppery finish.
