This premium extra virgin olive oil from Goriška Brda, Slovenia, is a carefully crafted blend featuring Istrska belica, Leccino and Briška črnica varieties among 30 different olive types. Cold-pressed using only mechanical processes, it presents a distinctive fruity aroma of olive fruit, freshly cut grass, green cherry, artichoke and tomato, harmoniously balanced with excellent fruit, refined bitterness and precise pungency. The oil is suitable for cooking and pairs beautifully with pasta, rice, red and white meat, fish, minestrone, vegetable soups and salads.
