This extra virgin olive oil blend combines 30 different olive varieties, prominently featuring Istrska belica, Leccino, and Briška črnica. It offers a characteristic fruity aroma reminiscent of olive fruit, freshly cut grass, green cherry, artichoke, and tomato, with excellent fruit balance, refined bitterness, and precise pungency. Produced through cold pressing mechanical processes, this high-quality oil is suitable for cooking and pairs well with pasta, rice, red and white meat, fish, minestrone, vegetable soups, and salads. The oil has received numerous awards including a Gold Medal from ATHENA INTERNATIONAL OLIVE OIL COMPETITION and OLJKA ŠEMPAS, and a Silver Medal from OLIVE JAPAN®.
