Birch Creek Olive Orchards Italian Blend

Birch Creek's Italian Blend combines Frantoio, Coratina and Pendolino olives harvested in November. Frantoio contributes rich fruitiness, Coratina adds robust bitterness and tang, Pendolino lends mildness, creating a smooth yet tangy extra virgin olive oil. The oil has won gold medals at the California State Fair, California Olive Oil Council and New York International Olive Oil Competitions.
