Expect a medium intensity with notes that can span ripe fruit to green herbs, making it versatile for everyday cooking and finishing. Awarded Gold Medal and Best in Class (2024), and recognised as a Bronze Winner (2025). Excellent on salads, grilled vegetables, roast chicken, and as a finishing oil for soups.
