Barrocal Organic Bical & Galega is a well-balanced extra virgin olive oil from the Alentejo region of Portugal, crafted from a blend of Bical olives from Reguengos and the traditional Galega variety. The olives are harvested using traditional methods - Galega olives are hand-picked using the classic stick technique, while Bical olives are collected through a vibrating process. This estate has been producing olive oil for 150 years across 780 hectares of land characterised by unique granite outcrops. The result is a fruity, fresh and smooth olive oil that showcases the best of both varieties.
