Barfold Olives Chef's Choice

Barfold Olives grows its trees in central Victoria on a family property where the first olive trees were planted in 1999. The family tends the groves with healthy soil, good water and plenty of sun, then extracts extra virgin olive oil on site each season, harvesting and milling each variety separately before blending to taste.
