Azouro Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) product from the Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro regions of Portugal. It is produced from a careful blend of indigenous Verdeal, Madural, and Cobrançosa olive varieties, cold-pressed shortly after hand-harvesting.
