Avistria Leccino

Avistria's Leccino 2025 comes from the Italian Leccino variety grown on Istria's deep red soils, where cold winters, the Bora wind and hot dry summers shape the olives. The fruit is harvested early by hand and with hand shakers, then gently processed to preserve a medium fruitiness marked by almond, lettuce, flower, vanilla and riper notes, with notably restrained bitterness and pungency. The producer reports very low acidity and high polyphenol and vitamin E levels for this single-varietal oil.
