Avistria Buža

Avistria's single-varietal Buža 2025 comes from the Buža olive, the most widely planted variety on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. The 2025 harvest yields a piquant, medium-intensity oil with notes of artichoke, chicory, thyme, black pepper, olive leaf, green tomato and nut, shaped by Istria's deep red soils and the cooling Bora wind. Avistria picks the olives early by hand and with hand rakes, then mills them swiftly to preserve aromas, producing an extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity and high polyphenol and vitamin E levels.
