The oil has a sweet, fruity, and complex aroma with notes of fresh mown grass and apples, derived from the predominant varietal used. Its flavor profile is described as complex, clean, and fresh, with a crushed-velvet mouthfeel and a balance of fruitiness, mild bitterness, and a chili-like pungency that leaves a lingering finish.
