Ashbolt First Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a limited edition, early harvest oil made from olives picked before full ripeness. Bottled as Olio Nuovo annually, it is the first pressing of the season. Pressed from low-yielding cool-climate varietals, it requires 6kg of olives per 500ml bottle. A Gold Medal winner at the Australian International Olive Awards.
