AMYFARM's Aromatiche is a Shodoshima grown extra virgin olive oil from Kagawa Prefecture that won the Governor's Award in 2024 and 2026 and took silver at OLIVE JAPAN 2022 and gold in 2023. The oil smells of banana-like fruitiness with cinnamon, mint and floral notes then shows a clean palate where its refined bitterness and gentle pungency meld with a long flower-driven retronasal finish. Chef Yoshimi Hidaka of Ristorante Acqua Pazza chooses it for Shodoshima gastronomy.
