Made from Hardy's Mammoth olives, cold-decanter pressed to retain flavour. Grown in high-altitude cool climate groves near Crookwell, NSW, the oil offers. It has received Gold Medals at the Australian International Olive Awards (2023, 2018) and a Best in Class Gold Medal at the New York International Olive Oil Competition (2019).
