Made from Hardy's Mammoth olives, cold-decanter pressed to retain fresh tropical aromas of peach, guava, and green apples. Grown in high-altitude cool climate groves near Crookwell, NSW, the oil offers hints of rose, green leaves, and sweet dough, finishing with peppercorn notes. It has received Gold Medals at the Australian International Olive Awards (2023, 2018) and a Best in Class Gold Medal at the New York International Olive Oil Competition (2019).
