Al Torcio Leccino extra virgin olive oil is a varietal oil from Istria, Croatia. It has a dark green colour and intense aroma with vegetal notes, including freshly mown grass and tones of medicinal herbs such as mint and basil.

The taste includes vegetal aromas of lettuce, chicory, and artichoke, with a sweet almond finish. Bitter and pungent notes are present and balanced.

It pairs with legume starters, marinated fish, vegetable pasta, pasta with soft shellfish, baked fish, grilled white meat, and medium-aged cheeses.
