Al Torcio Ascolana Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Al Torcio Ascolana Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a monovarietal oil from the Ascolana olive, presenting as very clear with intense golden yellow colour and greenish tones. Its aroma features pronounced fruity notes of medium-ripe tomato, radish and ripe apple, alongside notes of aromatic herbs reminiscent of sage, mint and oregano. The taste is strong and full-bodied, with fruity and vegetable tones, bitterness and harmonious spiciness. It pairs with crayfish marinades, seafood appetisers, chestnut cream soup, vegetable pasta, light fish soups, tartare and fresh soft cheeses such as mozzarella.
