Aki no Shima no Mi Etajima Shibori is an extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Hiroshima Prefecture olives harvested in autumn 2025. The olives are pressed at the Etajima Olive Factory on the day of harvest, giving the oil a fragrant profile with a gentle bitterness and a fresh, pleasant pungency. Use it as a finishing oil for tomato salads, grilled or steamed vegetables, white fish carpaccio, clams, roast beef, tofu, bean dishes or Japanese soups and rice.

The harvest date is disclosed on the bottle or product information, making the release easier to date and compare.

Why choose it

Choose a recent, clearly dated release when you want the most vivid expression of its aromas and flavour.

Worth knowing

A harvest date does not reveal how the oil was stored, so date is an important signal rather than a guarantee of condition.
