Aki No Shima No Mi Etajima Shibori Premium

This extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% olives grown and harvested in Etajima, Hiroshima Prefecture. The producer describes it as a first pressing from early-harvest green olives, hand-picked and pressed the same day at the Etajima Olive Factory after pesticide-free cultivation. It has a medium fruity aroma with fresh green grass, green almond and leafy vegetable notes, a pleasant pungency, and pairs well with vegetables, fish, meat, cheese salads, grilled white fish and bruschetta.
