Ol Istria Istarska Bjelica is an extra virgin olive oil from the indigenous Istrian variety, celebrated for its fresh aroma of green olive fruit and harmonious balance of fruitiness, sweetness, bitterness, and pronounced spiciness. Harvested at full ripeness, the golden-green olives yield an oil with around 21% content, suitable for both culinary use and preservation as green olives. It pairs beautifully with Istrian fritaja of asparagus and prosciutto, grilled vegetables, vegetable pastas, salads, and crowns chocolate desserts.
