The terroir, bordered by the Berg River and Piketberg Mountain, supports cultivation without chemical treatments. Cold-extracted within hours of harvest, the oil displays a medium style with grassy and subtle peppery notes. Acidity levels are below 0.8%. Suitable for dressings, drizzling, and general cooking.
