Karoo Gold blends Mission, Frantoio, Kalamata, Lecino, Coratina and Nocellara olives hand-harvested at peak ripeness in the Little Karoo's isolated valley, where lime-rich soils meet mountain-fed rivers. The fruit is cold-pressed the same day, yielding a delicate to medium oil with a grassy aroma, smooth mouthfeel and gentle peppery finish. Pressed in 2026, it is best used raw over fresh salads.
