515 produces a Greek-style extra virgin olive oil from Koroneiki olives grown on their family-owned grove on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. The oil is made from hand-picked olives that are bottled in small batches without preservatives or chemical sprays.

The oil received a Silver award at the 2023 Australian International Olive Awards. According to the competition's tasting notes, the oil presents aromas of ripe olive, mixed herb, tomato flesh and mixed dark green salad leaves. It has a full, creamy avocado mouthfeel with mild and balanced pepper and bitterness, additional green artichoke notes, and a medium to short finish.

The producer describes the oil as having exceptional balanced pepper, fruit and herb flavours characteristic of the Greek Koroneiki variety. The grove has been operated by the same family for 21 years.
