The aroma opens on ripe banana and freshly cut grass and leaves with undertones of ripe tropical fruit, then those same notes carry through the mouth alongside bright green tones. A little spiciness on the tongue and in the throat plus slight bitterness keep it a mild-to-medium oil that suits fresh salads.
