3drops Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Made from Frantoio, Koroneiki, Manzanillo and Nevadillo Blanco olives grown on the family farm 15 kilometres south-west of Mount Barker in Western Australia's Great Southern region. The cold-pressed oil shows herbaceous, fruity character with persistent pungency. The olives thrive in a loamy gravelly soil under a cool climate. The crop is irrigated with water. The resulting oil yields a golden-green oil where bitterness and pungency balance the fresh olive fruit flavour.
