300 Spartan Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Produced in Laconia, Greece, this is an organic extra virgin olive oil from early harvest olives cold extracted below 27°C. It shows a golden green colour and spicy notes from the polyphenols in the young fruit, with low acidity suited to both raw use and cooking. The oil is made exclusively from olives grown in the Laconian region by the Maxouli-Polymenakos family, who have operated their estate since 1999.
