300 Spartan Extra Virgin Olive Oil

300 Spartan is an extra virgin olive oil from Laconia in the Peloponnese, extracted from early-harvest olives to preserve the chlorophyll and polyphenols that give it a distinctly spicy character. The oil shows golden-green tones on the nose, with a pungent, peppery quality that comes through on the palate. It works well both raw and in cooking, and was awarded a bronze medal at the 2016 London International Olive Oil Competition.
