A bold Tuscan blended EVOO using Frantoio, Taggiasca and Coratina olives grown in the Tampa region of Florida. The oil registers a typical extra virgin acidity (<0.8 %). Tasting notes are herbaceous, fruity and peppery, with a balanced, lingering finish. Suitable for salads, soups, sauces, grilled meats, seafood and a range of other preparations.
