Green and herbaceous with notes of green vegetables, capsicum, artichoke, fresh mint and subtle eucalyptus. Low fruitiness, low bitterness and balanced medium-high pungency. Harmonious with a medium finish and a hint of banana ester. Fresh, clean and free of defects.

Fresh green, fruity olio nuovo. Aroma of fresh cut grass, artichoke, pea pod, apple peel and faint green banana, with subtle ripe olive in the background. Palate led by artichoke and leafy green notes, soft buttery texture, low bitterness, gentle one cough pepper and a clean medium finish.

Fresh, lively and robust, Lisadurne Hill's 2025 Rushworth Gold shows medium fruitiness with notes of banana, green apple, artichoke and olive fruit. The palate is clean, with medium bitterness and mid-high pungency leading to a lingering, peppery finish. A faint putty note appears on the nose, but the flavour remains fresh and sound overall.

A high-antioxidant oil that has unfortunately turned the corner. It has a great 'kick' and a clean feel, but the fresh fruit notes have been replaced by the classic scents of oxidation (crayons and old nuts).

Clear gold with a green tinge, this oil presents fresh, herbaceous aromas of cut grass and artichoke, accented by notes of almond. The palate offers a clean, creamy texture with distinct green olive flavors. It finishes with medium-to-strong pungency and very low bitterness.
