Adelaide Hills Harvest First Harvest Koroneiki
A vibrant, distinctly green oil with aromas of fresh-cut grass, green apple, delicate white flowers and artichoke. Green banana carries onto the palate, accompanied by a subtle sweet, bubblegum-like aromatic note. Medium-bodied with a clean, substantial texture. Bitterness begins moderately but builds through the palate to become pronounced, pleasant and assertive, lingering after the other flavours fade. Pungency likewise starts gently at the back of the throat before developing into persistent, medium-high pepperiness with repeated sips. The finish is clean and medium-to-long, driven by lingering bitterness and pepper. No defects detected.
